Understated Style: Less is More

Let me start by saying, I love a good print and my go to is leopard. With that being said, sometimes less is more and you can still make a bold and luxe statement by keeping it simple. The key is to invest in conversation pieces. My two conversation pieces for this outfit is a white cape blazer from Nordstrom (similar item on Amazon) and Babaton trousers from Artizia. I fell in love with the ‘Rustwood’ color and it’s perfect for fall.

Once you have your conversation pieces selected, add staple items to complete the look. Quality camis in neutral colors are must-haves for a well-rounded wardrobe. My go-to is the reversible cami from Express. For shoes, I went with the Gabriella heel from Steve Madden (these shoes are so comfortable that I purchased them in nude as well) and my new favorite bag from YSL, the round camera bag.
